The 2nd half of the girls getaway

Pioneer Park is another GREAT PLACE IN THE WORLD! this place is filled with easy hikes and petrified dunes that are a blast to hike climb and just enjoy, I think that this was one of the girls favorite things on this trip, i know that it was one of mine, this was a place that my parents would take us when we were little and we loved it!
Me casa you casa??
Here is an actual house that was built into the rocks a hundred years ago, it comes complete with a fireplace living area and a bedroom, pretty cozy if you ask me
Hiking in the caves, the girls and I loved coming in here were the only escape in the slit of rock behind me...enter if you dare!
Here is Grandma and Grandpa with their beloved Granddaughters! what a handful!
Me and the Girls, and of course Savannah has found some sand to play with!
This is my favorite picture of us all together! Me and all my cute Girly,High Maintanance, TOTALY LOVEABLE NEICES!Lexi is trying to get Savannah to look at the camara, but in her atempts shes not looking!
Ellie and her favorite pal Abbie
All the girls together..but we cant get them to look at the camara all together
Just me goofing off in the "house" the the girls found
Savannah and her biggest fan Vicki

Here we are again at the Sand Dunes but this time we are at the 3 Ponds, this is a place that i use to go when i was little with my family and my cousins, we would hike back through here and make out way to this awesome place were you could jump the steep sloap of the mountain and land in white paradise sand. It was a big hit with the girls until the wind started up and we were eating sand, then we had to pack up and leave ASAP! but for the time that we were there it was great!

Lexi and Abbie are making a cake for all of us to eat, Yummy i Love sand cakes!
Here is a funny little video of mom trying to show the girls what we use to do as kids when we would get a running start at the top of this hill and jump as far as we could down! its pretty funny, sorry for the shakiness, i was laughing pretty hard at her atempts.

Its craft day today and everyone is excited, the smell of Elmers glue is in the air, scissors are anxiously waiting to be used and the girls cant wait to get their hands in it all. Grandma had the cute idea of having everyone make pillowcases from fabric that they got to pick out themselves. that was a big hit! they all got to choose what they wanted and then they were all able to sit on grandmas lap and sew their creations! WHAT A HIT!
Here I am sewing my pillowcase!
All finished!
Here is abbie at the craft table outside, she loved cutting everything insight, including her visor! She said that she didnt like it the way it was and that it needed something, and that something was to be cut into pieces! hahahahhah

Here is Ellie, loving her crafts and her projects!
Aunt Emily and Vicki sewing together as a team!

Here is Abbie and Lexi at the craft table, and yes Abbie is still cutting things up, and Lexi is enjoying the glitter glue, on everything! needless to say this outside project and craft was not supervised.

So in closing i would just like to say THANK YOU MOM AND DAD FOR AN AWESOME ALL GIRLS, GRAND-DAUGHTER GETAWAY! you guys are truley remarkable parents and grandparents and we couldnt have asked for anything better then you! thank you again for all the hard work that you put into our lives to make them memorable, mom thank you for all the luaghs and the shopping fun! and to you dad for always telling me...

Yay! Great pictures and great commentary on the trip! Yeah, I can't believe you made it out alive, either! It was pretty crazy with all those little girls, and I can't imagine how that must have been for you, when you're not around them 24/7! You did it, though! It was so great to see you and we'll definitely have to make this an annual event!
