These are the thoughts that have been going through my head today and i reflect and ponder on what an awesome Sunday that this has been for me. Its been a long time in the making that Heavenly Father has been working with me patiently, waiting for when I would make the decision to live acording to his will, and today I feel like I have made huge strides in my life. Today i was blessed with the honor of obtaining my First Temple Recomend! What an awesome feeling to have a recomend and to know that I have worked so hard to get one. For me this means a lot to me in my life, from having lived a life off the "path" for over 10years to finally getting back on track and working toward my one goal and that was of the Temple.
I am so blessed and so excited to be going through the Temple this Friday in the Draper Temple! I cant wait! I am so excited for the oportunity to take that step in life that we all are striving towards and for those that have made it that strive to go to on a regular basis. My heart is full and I just wanted to share that with you guys.
Thank you Mom and Dad for never giving up on me, I know it took a long time, but I needed to make that change for me, and I needed to do it when it was right for me. I'm so excited and so prepared and ready for the awesome changes that the Lord has in store for me and that he has blessed me with.
Thanks to all my family! I love you guys and am so blessed to have been adopted into such a suportive and understanding family! I couldnt have done it with out you all!!!!

Erica, we love you so much and are so excited for you to go to the temple! You really have made huge strides in your life the past litle while and we're so proud of you. I wish we could be there with you, but we'll be there in spirit! Love you!
funny i was reading this at work and just started to cry. you seem to do that to me every time you share your testimony. love ya and i am way excited for you.
